Located in Reggello, in the province of Florence, Birrasco is a short-supply-chain craft brewery founded and managed by master brewer Lorenzo Fini. Born from his passion for homebrewing, the project took shape when he was just 25 years old after dedicated study and training.
The name Birrasco is inspired by the Resco stream, historically known as Scò, reflecting the brewery’s strong connection with the local territory and its farm-to-glass philosophy.
Birrasco beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, crafted using carefully selected ingredients.
The brewery employs an isobaric production method that naturally carbonates the beer using CO₂ produced during fermentation, creating a more aromatic beer with no sediment.
With a diverse range of craft beer labels, Birrasco introduces many beer styles to an area traditionally known for wine. The brewery also welcomes visitors for guided tours, public brewing sessions, tastings and pairing events, making it a reference point for enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
