Recently conceived and created, Shalo was born on June 17, 2021 from the experience of Thai chef Phinchsinee Wiengnon – who learned the art from a Japanese master in Bangkok.
After six years of experience in Umbria, the Asian chef opens her own restaurant, the “Shalo” Fusion Bar, together with her life partner Simone Meschini, quite well known in the Umbrian nightlife.
