There are places where time follows the rhythm of the land rather than the clock. Fattoria Casabianca is one of them, where Aldo Liquori’s story is intertwined with vineyards, courage and deep roots.
In 2002 he left Rome and the import-export business to return to his childhood dream. Beneath the centuries-old holm oak he rediscovered the bond with his grandfather, who taught him the sacred value of working the land.
Casabianca has evolved without losing its soul. During lockdown Aldo and his wife Carla created a family-friendly place where visitors can walk with alpacas and experience genuine countryside hospitality.
This spirit of innovation also led to the creation of Picci’s, a wine bar and bistro named after Aldo’s childhood nickname, dedicated to promoting Tuscan excellence.
Behind every bottle lies the strength of a family. Carla, their daughter and the whole team share the same vision.
Aldo often says that ‘the greatest people on earth are those who cultivate it.’ Casabianca is an invitation to rediscover authentic experiences where wine, history, family and memory come together.
