Taste, tradition and culture in the heart of Sarteano.
The link between food, traditions and society is nothing short of indissoluble, even more so in a trattoria like Tripolitania that has more than a century of history behind it. The summer just ended saw the restaurant at the forefront in celebrating the most important events in the area, transforming every evening into a memorable experience. During the days of the Sarteano Jazz & Blues, the tables of the trattoria were filled with notes and enthusiasts, offering the ideal prelude to concerts under the stars.
The energy then reached its peak with the Giostra del Saracino and Civitas, the famous medieval events that saw the restaurant immersed in an evocative journey through time between ancient flavors and historical re-enactments. But the end of summer does not stop the desire for conviviality of Caterina and all the staff, who are preparing for an autumn season still full of unmissable events: the next few months will in fact feature fun improvisation theatrical shows in collaboration with the Nuova Accademia degli Arrischianti and, for lovers of good drinking, exclusive wine tastings, organized together with the Bottiglieria and selected local wineries. Everything will be embellished by evenings of live music, which will warm up the autumn evenings with intimate and welcoming atmospheres.
