Marco, known as Sghio, and Lucia started it all, and today it continues with the support of their children, Cosimo and India.

Fluid Cocktail Bar is born, in Piazza Giotto, just a few steps from the Bottega.
A project that expands the Bottega’s identity, bringing it into a different space: that of aperitivo and mixology. Not a break, but a natural extension. The same approach, the same DNA, but with a new language.
Today, Fluid reopens with an even clearer direction.
A new menu designed to be shared: schiacciate, crostoni, simple yet refined proposals. A rich, substantial aperitivo that goes beyond “just having a drink” and becomes a complete experience. And above all, a new drink list, created to be explored, without rigidity, with that lightness that invites you to come back.
But the point is not only what you find. It’s how you get there.
Because behind all this lies a rare continuity: the ability to evolve without losing identity. To add without distorting. To grow while remaining recognizable.
