“There are many more positive people, but the negative ones make more noise. Art has the task of reminding us that life is beautiful, even in its brief moments of happiness”.
Andrea Roggi

We open with this powerful and enlightening statement in its lucid simplicity, our usual update on the artistic career of Maestro Andrea Roggi. A path that has always led him to question and manifest in his works the relationship between individual and collective, particular and universal, spirit and nature, finite and infinite, form and immaterial principle. A multifaceted dualism that is the very essence of our existences and that is resolved, in an inductive way, thanks to universal harmony and the unconquered force of love, the engine of worldly and otherworldly universe.
What is about to begin is certainly an intense and busy period for Andrea Roggi, in the very year in which the Maestro celebrates his 50-year career; A milestone that tells of half a century of creativity and research through which his expressive and artistic universe has developed.
The exhibitions and events that will feature Andrea Roggi are numerous and of great importance. His sculptures will be exhibited in different areas of Italy, from North to South, offering the public the opportunity to admire the poetics and delicacy of his figures and works up close.

Among the most significant projects is “Mare Nostrum” in Liguria, created in collaboration with the Ravagnan Gallery, which will host the Master’s sculptures in four Ligurian municipalities: Genoa, Portofino, Alassio and Sanremo. The project develops along the coasts of the region, creating a direct dialogue between art, sea and landscape.
The works are sublimated as symbols of connection between man, nature and Mediterranean culture, transforming the sea into a shared space of encounter and memory.
This dialogue between sea, sculpture and man also continues in Sardinia, where the Mare Nostrum project finds one of its most evocative expressions between the Costa Smeralda and Tempio Pausania. The exhibition transforms various places on the island into meeting spaces between sculpture and nature, in a scenario in which Sardinia is a point of connection between contemporary art, memory and the Mediterranean Sea.

Among the international events, participation in the Venice Biennale, which will take place from 9 May to 22 November 2026, also stands out.
The Island of Elba, the pearl of the Tuscan archipelago, will host “50 Years of Creation”, the celebratory exhibition dedicated to the fifty-year career of the Maestro, with a solo exhibition set up inside the evocative Napoleonic Villas of the island.
Finally, Veneto will once again welcome Andrea Roggi with an exhibition itinerary spread among the Villas of the Riviera del Brenta. His sculptures will again dialogue with the historic architecture and landscape, giving life to a unique and unmissable artistic itinerary.
