Tecnocasa is a well-known Italian group that began as a network of franchised real estate agencies and has since expanded to become one of the leading companies in Europe, with a presence in several countries worldwide. In addition to real estate, it also operates in credit and insurance mediation through affiliated brands and companies, offering a comprehensive service for buying, selling, or renting homes.
In our region, there are two agencies: one in Gualdo Tadino and one in Gubbio, which collaborate closely with great synergy. Let us share their story. It all began in 1993 when Riccardo Costantini opened the first agency in Gualdo Tadino. Then, in 1998, with the arrival of partner Alessio Ramacci, they started covering a wide area stretching from Nocera Umbra to Costacciaro along the Apennines, then towards Perugia reaching Valfabbrica, and finally the Fabriano area where they plan to open a branch in the future to make the area more attractive, especially now that prices have decreased.
In this extensive area, the primary focus is on the buying and selling of significant properties such as villas, farmhouses, and even castles with large estates. However, smaller and more affordable houses and apartments are also considered. Consequently, they cater to a diverse clientele: from the domestic market, including young individuals seeking accessible solutions, to large landholdings that are particularly attractive to foreigners. It is precisely these foreign clients-whether Europeans or individuals from outside Europe, such as the United States, New Zealand, and Australia-who show the greatest interest in this region.
Riccardo previously managed the Gubbio agency for ten years; however, it was closed due to various difficulties. Fortunately, five years ago it was reactivated thanks to dedicated professionals with extensive experience in the real estate sector, including Alessio Nardelli, Silvia Cenni, and Carlo Cernicchi. They oversee the agency located in central Gubbio and manage the entire Eugubine territory, extending as far as Pietralunga, Scheggia, and Cantiano-the latter being outside the region but well connected.
The Gubbio agency deals with a different type of real estate compared to those in Gualdo Tadino and encompasses: the historic center, which is highly valued for its history and is always in great demand (and therefore more expensive); the surrounding areas with more recent apartments and villas primarily aimed at the local market; and the extensive area around Gubbio, consisting of hamlets and villages with farmhouses and prestigious properties that attract international clients. It should also be noted that Gubbio has a very large territory.
The four partners have joined forces to grow together: Riccardo and Alessio manage the agency located in the central Piazza Martiri della Libertà in Gualdo Tadino, while Alessio N. and Silvia oversee the agency on Corso Garibaldi in Gubbio. Over time, they have built a young and continuously trained team aligned with Tecnocasa’s philosophy.
