Here is a company name without acronyms or shortcuts that highlights the owner’s surname, as if to put her face on it. We are talking about Michela Arezzini and her creature, the Arezzini Empower. An increasingly strategic partner, in a world like ours, which translates into growth for companies and important help for people’s well-being.
Michela, Let’s Start with Coaching
“I am a Mental Coach, an expert in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Change Techniques. My skills were certified in January 2023 by the Society of NPL, an official certification body in the field of NLP, established by its developers Richard Bandler and John Grinder. I embarked on this path at a difficult time in my life” – says Michela – “I needed to find balance and strength, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming has been a precious key to personal rebirth for me. Over time, I felt a deep desire to make the resources and tools I had learned available to others. Working for years as a business consultant, it was natural for me to integrate this new skill into the professional context: so, I chose to specialize as a business coach as well. Which among other things represents a powerful integration with the management systems that I have already been following for a long time: for a company, having a coach next to it is like lubricating the engine or using enhanced fuel — it adds performance, efficiency and awareness. It is not just a support: it is a growth accelerator.”
Sports and Business Coaches
“Subsequently,” Arezzini continues, “I chose to deepen coaching in the sports field as well, attending a specific master class to become a Sport Coach. This allows me today to support athletes of every discipline, from amateur to competitive level. Often, even when the technical and physical preparation is impeccable, the performance does not live up to expectations. Because? Because the third element of the so-called performance triangle is missing: the mind. When the mind is crowded with interference, tension or dysfunctional thoughts, it is impossible to enter the state of flow, that state of mind that allows you to truly express your full potential. Among other things, I have found numerous similarities between coaching in sport and the paths that companies take to implement management systems: in both cases method, mental training and a clear vision of objectives are needed to achieve concrete and lasting results.
Two of my special projects were born from this awareness: ‘CertifiCoach’, an innovative path that integrates the certification process of company management systems with coaching, and ‘Safetycoach’ aimed at safety management systems. The goal is to accompany companies not only in compliance with regulatory requirements, but also in the development of people’s soft skills, in the management of change and in the strengthening of organizational culture. Because certification, if lived with awareness and support, can become a powerful tool for growth and cohesion, not just a formal obligation.”

“For over twenty years, I have been accompanying companies in the adoption of management systems that comply with international standards, such as ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety (where it all started!), ISO 14001 for the environment, and many others. My goal is to help organizations structure themselves effectively, integrating processes and procedures that improve performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Management systems are essential to simplify, monitor and control business processes by obtaining the maximum result from these. Our work begins with an in-depth analysis of the business context, followed by the definition of clear and measurable objectives. Subsequently, a system of documents and monitoring plans is developed in line with the relevant regulations, involving all company figures. I deeply believe in the usefulness and benefits that management systems bring to companies. It’s not just about getting certified, it’s about embarking on a journey of growth that involves the entire organization. Seeing a company evolve, improve its efficiency and create a safer and more sustainable working environment is one of my greatest satisfactions. This is why consulting for management systems is one of the pillars of Arezzini Empower Srl. so much so that we have expanded our vision, believing in the importance of an integrated approach that combines technical skills and personal development.
The adoption of a management system is not only a regulatory obligation, but an opportunity to improve an organization and consequently the people who are part of it.
It all started with occupational health and safety consultancy, the first area in which I took my steps more than thirty years ago. That’s where my vision developed: to help companies not only comply with regulations, but to build truly safer, more aware and functional workplaces. Safety, for me, has never been just an obligation, but a culture to spread.
Today I carry out this work with the support of an extraordinary team, made up of Giacomo Viti and Giorgia Arezzini, trained and reliable professionals, who have been collaborating with me for several years. I share values, method and vision with them: they are a constant and fundamental presence in every project, from risk assessment to training, up to the implementation and monitoring of systems.
Future Projects
In addition to continuing to devote myself to management systems, in the future I intend to give space to my new activities.
Thanks to the establishment of Arezzini Empower Srl, – continues Michela – I have finally given a concrete structure to one of my greatest passions: the organization of courses and events, even in the corporate environment. An activity that I have been carrying out for many years, but which today can count on tools, skills and a more solid and integrated vision. Organizing events – he explains – has always been a way for me to create connections, stimulate awareness and ignite positive energy, both in people and in companies. Now all this is taking shape in a structured and professional way, with proposals also dedicated to the world of work: training, experiential and motivational moments designed to generate well-being, development and cohesion in work groups.
Currently, I conduct Happygenetics courses at the Heroes Factory gym in Piancastagnaio, in collaboration with the team of the structure. These meetings are open to all and aim to promote well-being through practices that stimulate the production of endorphins and serotonin, improving mental and physical balance. A method devised by Richard Romagnoli and Pier Mario Biava, which combines the discoveries of epigenetics, which demonstrates that our lifestyle choices can influence the expression of genes, with practices of daily well-being, including, in fact, conscious laughter.
For 2025, I am planning an immersive Happygenetics retreat, which will offer an in-depth experience of the practices of the method, effective communication courses, designed to improve relational skills both in the personal and professional spheres, time management courses, such a precious asset but which we often forget to consider. Further events and initiatives, still being defined, will be announced during the year.
