Arriving with no knowledge of the language and no concrete plan, Ignacio faced many struggles. He took on various jobs, learning from each experience, but it was in gastronomy that he found his true calling.
Growing up, Ignacio’s mother expressed her love through food. Cooking wasn’t just a necessity—it was an act of care. Watching her in the kitchen instilled in him a passion for creating meals filled with warmth and emotion. This passion guided him as he refined his culinary expertise.
Spoleto, a town known for its history and cuisine, became his home. His early days were tough – cold winters, job uncertainty – but he remained determined.
His breakthrough came when he joined Zeppelin, a well-established restaurant in Spoleto. There, he found not just work but a family. After nearly a year and a half, he had the chance to take over his own restaurant.
Determined to make it unique, Ignacio infused Zeppelin II with Argentine flavors while maintaining Italian excellence.
